Terms of Service !!

I know its a bit long but its very important for you to read it ! General
* I reserve the right to refuse any commission I find unsuitable.
* Submitting a commission = agreeing to these Terms of Service.
* I am not responsible if the client fails to read the terms.
* Backgrounds may involve 3D modeling or stock material references (with prior notice).Process
* Estimated finish time will be provided to you priorly before commision starts.
* Specific deadlines (DDL) must be communicated in advance.
* Each key stage (sketch, coloring, final) will be confirmed with the client.
* Revision rules will be noted clearly.
* WIPs (work-in-progress updates) available upon request.
* Rush orders: ×1.2 of total price (depending on workload).Payment
* Deposit system: 50% upfront, remaining 50% after completion.
* full payment required in advance for revision commissions.
* Prices listed with “~” are estimates; final price depends on complexity, will be informed priorly.
* If no client response within 15 days after deposit: commission canceled, no refund.
* Payment methods: PayPal, bank transfer, apple pay etc.
Refund Policy
* Before sketch approval or before work begins → Full refund available.
* After coloring stage begins → No refund.Rights & Usage
* Personal use only; no NFT, no AI training.
* Monetized use (YouTube, Twitch, etc.): +50%.
* Commercial use (prints for sellin, merchandise, promotions): +100%.
* Full privacy request (no public uploads, even watermarked): +20%.
* I reserve the right to post watermarked works (unless otherwise requested).
* I may share WIPs on social media.
* Client may not remove artist’s signature.
* Client may not misattribute authorship.
* Gift commissions must be disclosed in advance.What I Don't Draw (Not Accepted)
* Very elderly characters (slight aging is fine).
* Fully mechanical characters. (robots design)
* Pure anthropomorphic/furry characters.
* Politically sensitive content.
* VERY Extreme NSFW / gore.
* GB (4i).What I Can Draw
* OC / persona / fanart......
* Kemonomimi (animal-eared characters).
* Female characters (specialty), male characters (acceptable but less consistent).
* Animals/ creatures in my style.
* Couple (BL / GL / BG, etc.).The right of final interpretation rests with the artist (SgeVeN_46).
